WE HAVE MOVED TO A NEW OFFICE!
While we were happy with our old space, one of the biggest deciding factors for moving was our growing team! We had decided to change offices because we were unable to fit into our current space any longer.
There were so many people already that it was hard to separate even in the hallway. We really wanted to find a spacious and luminous space. The previous office had small rooms and tight halls — we needed more space. A suitable place was found within a month: it was 200 square meters (a whole floor) in a brand new building.

Plan and take into account all the little things

We love open-concept offices — when we got this space, we began collaborating with a designer to create a really comfortable place for everyone.

In short, this office is now like our brainchild, which we grew up with particular care: we kept track of the renovation process, thought through the zoning, where the doors should open, where and how many light switches and electrical outlets there should be.
It was so exciting and thrilling at the same time. You're afraid of making a mistake, but it's a great pleasure to create something new.
Moving is no small task, especially when moving offices. It is a great opportunity for revision: throw out all the unnecessary things, put the necessary things in boxes and go forward to a new life.
The renovation lasted only one month, we did not wait for the full implementation of the design project: installing dividers and designing all the remaining furniture. We were worried about the plants during the move, but most of the flowers survived the challenge. Cardboard boxes pushed aside, here are some pictures from our first few days in the bigger digs.

A little later we set up a meeting room with a long table-transformer, which can reach 3 meters in length, installed glass partitions and came up with a tinted design.

The location of the office allows us to have a good lunch and a good coffee, hence the tradition of gathering the coffee, burger, and dumpling squads and going out to eat together.

It was not the easiest time, we had to work extra hours to have time for packing and not to bother others. For a few months after the move we kept on improving our new home. We ordered the necessary furniture, went shopping ourselves and searched for the right materials and accessories.
Even though a lot of work has been done — there are still many plans ahead. The kitchen needs improvements, we want to upgrade some of the office furniture and add workstations. We are all settled in and adding some small fixtures & decorations day by day — there are still some small things to do to make here a great place. Our new office is much bigger than the previous one and gives us a much better workspace. Besides, it is more spacious, modern and comfortable as well!
